Multimedia pedagogical curriculum for HS Fellowship program

This program teaches students the “why” behind Black men’s decision to pursue education as a career and explore a future where they can envision themselves in the classroom. It includes four units that focus on: 1) Black male identity development, 2) the development of critical consciousness, 3) activism, and 4) abolitionist teaching.
