Equity Practitioner Program
The Equity Practioner Program (EPP) seeks to equip educators at every level of organization with the knowledge, skills, abilities and resources to successfully lead equity efforts at the school and community levels. Through a robust offering of training and development programs, 4DL provides the foundation for transformation in schools with the greatest need.
Four out of five 4DL program participants work at high-needs schools.
While less than 20% of Delaware teachers are non-white, over forty percent of 4DL program participants are educators of color.
